- Territory Growth: Map potential markets, onboard recent retail outlets, and expand customer coverage in the assigned area.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Distributor Management: Coordinate with local distributors to ensure smooth secondary sales execution, healthy stock levels, and timely order fulfillment
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing changes, and local market trends, reporting insights back to management.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and submit daily or weekly progress reports
