This critical leadership role involves meticulously overseeing the full spectrum of day-to-day operational activities, driving significant process optimization, and ensuring the consistently efficient delivery of services across the designated geographical area. The ideal Area Operation Manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence, adept at managing diverse teams, and ready to make a substantial contribution to our organization's continuous growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, supervise, and continuously enhance all facets of operational activities within your assigned area, ensuring seamless execution and superior performance.
- Provide robust leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for a high-performing operational team, cultivating a strong culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and strategically implement proactive measures to consistently achieve challenging operational targets and drive significant efficiency gains.
- Ensure unwavering adherence to all company policies,



stringent quality standards, and evolving regulatory requirements, upholding the integrity of our operations.
- Strategically optimize resource allocation, encompassing workforce management, inventory control, and intricate logistics planning, to maximize overall productivity and achieve superior cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively identify potential operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and devise innovative, scalable solutions to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster robust collaborative relationships with various internal departments, including sales, supply chain, and human resources, to ensure cohesive inter-departmental coordination and synergistic goal achievement.
- Effectively manage operational budgets, meticulously control expenses, and champion initiatives designed to improve overall profitability and financial health within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related quantitative field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the food processing, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or retail industries.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and exceptional team management capabilities, evidenced by a successful track record of engaging, coaching, and developing operational staff.
- Possess excellent analytical and incisive problem-solving abilities, coupled with a highly data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.




- Proficiency in utilizing modern operational management software systems and advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly expert-level command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding communication, superior interpersonal, and effective negotiation skills to interact confidently with all levels of staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver results consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented operational environment.
