Role Description The Area Manager role at Safal Kisan Bazar is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Area

Manager oversees multiple retail outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent product quality, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising store teams, monitoring sales performance, managing inventory levels, and coordinating supply chain activities with local vendors and farmers.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in retail operations, multi-store management, or area/regional management.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
- Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in basic business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, retail management systems).
- Knowledge of agri-retail, FMCG, or fresh produce supply chains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Gurugram and adapt to dynamic retail environments.
