Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Dental Lab segment across Lucknow and nearby regions. The role involves a mix of channel management, direct sales, and market development for both capital equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the Dental Lab business in the assigned territory
- Build, manage, and strengthen the dealer & distributor network
- Drive channel sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Identify recent business opportunities and acquire customers
- Manage key accounts including Dental Labs, Clinics, Colleges, and Institutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
- Coordinate with service and backend teams for seamless execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and pricing strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs

Candidate Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Dental / CAD-CAM / Medical Equipment Sales
- Strong exposure to Dealer & Distributor Channel Sales
- Good understanding of Dental Lab workflow and equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and travel
