Cleannora is a growing home-services company focused on making everyday cleaning and household services reliable, professional and convenient. We are building a robust on-ground service team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across Noida and Greater Noida.

About the Role

We are looking for an Area Manager – Service Operations & Training to manage our day-to-day field operations and train service professionals to deliver services according to Cleannora standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing people, field operations, customer requirements and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire, onboard and train service professionals.
- Train team members on customer visits, service execution, SOPs, hygiene and safety.
- Guide professionals on how to reach customer locations and how to handle service requirements professionally.
- Ensure service professionals have the required kits, equipment and materials.
- Manage daily bookings, schedules, locations, replacements and team deployment.
- Conduct field visits and regular quality checks.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations and service-related issues.
- Monitor attendance,



performance, discipline and service quality.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements.
- Continuously improve training standards and field-team performance.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in operations, field operations, service operations or team management.
- Strong communication, people-management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage on-ground teams.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer-facing situations.
- Experience in home services, hyperlocal businesses, facility management, hospitality or similar service businesses is preferred.
- Experience with Urban Company, Snabbit, Pronto or similar companies will be an advantage.
