Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor multiple branches within the assigned area.
- Drive business growth, disbursement, collection and portfolio quality.
- Achieve area-wise business and revenue targets.
- Lead, guide and motivate Branch Managers and field teams.
- Monitor PAR, overdue, NPA and collection efficiency.
- Ensure proper credit, KYC and operational processes are followed.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review branch performance.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and review MIS and performance reports.
