About the Role

We are looking for an Area Coach to manage the overall operations, sales, profitability and customer experience across multiple cafs within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach Caf Managers and teams to achieve business and operational targets.
- Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency across assigned cafs.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, quality and service guidelines.
- Monitor caf performance, identify gaps and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure effective inventory, cost and expense management.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements.




- Partner with HR, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions for smooth caf operations.
- Coach and develop Caf Managers and build a solid people pipeline.
- Analyse business performance and share regular MIS and performance updates with management.

Education & Experience
- IHM / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or relevant field.
- 5–10 years of experience in QSR, food retail or hospitality.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple outlets/stores.
