Responsibilities:

- Manage pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including meeting with Doctors, Chemists, and Distributors.
- Achieve primary and secondary targets for assigned HQs monthly.
- Implement sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze data, forecast, and report to the manager.
- Present technical information to customers effectively.
- Develop and manage an productive sales distribution network.
- Train, motivate, and develop the sales team to increase revenue.

Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with experience building relationships with health practitioners.
- Team management experience required.
- Any graduate with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to various work environments.
