Key Responsibilities

- Prepare residential and commercial floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop building plans based on client requirements, basic measurements, and space requirements.
- Prepare layouts considering Vastu principles as required by the client.
- Take, verify, and incorporate basic site measurements into drawings.
- Prepare accurate room layouts, dimensions, doors, windows, staircases, and basic architectural details.
- Modify drawings according to client feedback and design changes.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Site Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and suitable for further design and execution.
- Maintain proper AutoCAD layers, drawing standards, file naming, and documentation.
- Prepare revised drawings and maintain the latest version of project drawings.
- Support the design team with basic planning, area calculations, and drawing corrections.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.




- Understanding of basic architectural planning and building layouts.
- Knowledge of basic Vastu principles.
- Ability to understand and prepare drawings from client requirements and site measurements.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scale, room sizes, circulation, doors, windows, and basic construction details.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Civil Drafting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD skills may also be considered.

Reporting Reports To: Architect / Design Manager / Project Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
