Position: Architect

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Prior relevant experience in Government Projects required

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect with prior experience in handling Government Projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design, preparation of drawings, project coordination, site visits, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and government standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for government projects.
- Handle architectural design and documentation from concept to execution.
- Review tender drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, government regulations, and project guidelines.
- Prepare and revise drawings based on site requirements and client instructions.




- Coordinate architectural work with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
- Assist in tender documentation, technical submissions, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and identify design or execution issues.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and necessary architectural documentation.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in Government Projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in government tender/project documentation will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
- Robust knowledge of architectural drawings, construction practices, and building standards.
- Good understanding of government project procedures and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
