Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead design thinking and execution across hospitality, retail, and commercial projects — someone equally comfortable developing a concept and running a site to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Concept Development

- Develop original design concepts and spatial narratives for hospitality, retail, and commercial projects
- Translate client briefs into design intent, mood boards, and concept presentations
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and detailing relevant to F&B;, retail, and commercial spaces

Team Building & Mentorship
- Build, structure, and lead a design team from the ground up
- Mentor junior architects and designers; review and upgrade their output
- Set design standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks for the team

Project Execution & Day-to-Day Management
- Own end-to-end project delivery — from concept to working drawings to site execution




- Coordinate daily with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is upheld
- Track project timelines, flag risks, and drive on-time delivery

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary design point of contact for clients through the project lifecycle
- Present concepts, manage revisions, and handle client feedback professionally
- Build long-term client trust that leads to repeat and referral business

New Business & Innovation
- Contribute to design pitches and proposals for new projects
- Bring fresh ideas, benchmarking, and innovation into ongoing and upcoming projects
- Collaborate with business development on scoping and estimation inputs

Requirements:

- 6–9+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial interior design
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max/Revit
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture
