Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for wellness-led communities, hospitality spaces, and mixed-use real estate projects.

Day-to-day activities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with engineering, construction, and design teams, and ensuring compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and project requirements. The role involves reviewing site constraints, optimizing layouts for wellbeing and functionality, and supporting project management in timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The Architect will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver integrated,



high-quality designs aligned with Ridhira Group’s wellness-focused vision.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in planning, detailing, and design development for residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and overseeing design deliverables.
- Understanding of Integration between design, technology, and building systems to support wellness-focused, efficient, and sustainable environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Development teams or digital solution providers to integrate smart and wellness technologies into built spaces.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant professional licensure or registration (where applicable).
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Interest in wellness, longevity-focused living, and innovative community design is highly beneficial.
