We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing buildings and other structures that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed technincal drawings using software like AutoCAD.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals
- Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
- Supervise construction progress and resolve design-related issues
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 6+ years experience as an Architect
- Licensed Architect (preferred or as required by region)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP,
and other design tools.
- Strong visual awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
