Role & Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.

- Prepare and review construction drawings and documentation.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, clients and site teams.

- Guide and mentor junior architects and manage the architecture team.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and quality standards.

- Review site execution and resolve design-related issues.

- Monitor project timelines, design deliverables and execution quality.

- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the project.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Arch from a recognised institution.

- 45+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in construction/real estate projects.

- Robust experience in design coordination and construction documentation.

- Good understanding of site execution and architectural detailing.

- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/drafting, modelling, rendering and coordination tools.

- Candidates with experience handling large-scale/complex projects will be preferred.
