We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our architectural design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, good technical knowledge, and the ability to work across different stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

- Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants and other stakeholders.

- Assist in design development from concept stage through detailed design and execution.

- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views and design documentation.

- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to design intent.

- Participate in site visits and coordinate with project teams when required.

- Assist with material selection,



detailing and technical documentation.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver assigned work within timelines.

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations and project requirements.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural design and planning.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, 3D visualization or other architectural software will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of construction details, materials and architectural documentation.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Creative approach with valuable attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
