Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, space requirements, and style preferences. Design & Planning: Create conceptual designs, blueprints, and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design tools like AutoCAD or Revit.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and safety standards.Collaboration: Work alongside civil engineers, contractors, landscape architects, and interior designers to integrate structural and mechanical systems.

Project Oversight: Visit construction worksites regularly to monitor progress, ensure adherence to architectural plans, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:



Proficiency in drafting software such as CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) programs.Analytical & Visualization Skills: Ability to transform spatial concepts into secure, functional, and attractive physical structures.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to present proposals to clients and direct project teams.Education: A professional bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, followed by practical training and official licensing or registration.

Pay: ₹11,922.46 - ₹52,198.41 per month
