About Position:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine solid project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise transformation projects to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on the development, deployment, and adoption of GenAI Agent solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.




- Facilitate project governance and status meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor project execution, identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive project governance and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery excellence and quality standards.
