We are looking for a passionate and motivated Dual Residential Registered Manager to lead and manage two solo childrens homes in the Poole area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress into a Registered Manager position, or for an existing Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge and the opportunity to oversee two services. As the Dual Residential Registered Manager , you will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of both homes, ensuring each service consistently meets the requirements of the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. You will ensure that care is delivered in line with statutory requirements and Budwood policies and procedures. Reporting to the Responsible Individual, you will work closely with other Registered Managers across the region to ensure the effective operation of services.
