We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and supporting projects from the initial concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.

Conduct site visits and assess site conditions when required.

Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and documentation.

Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.

Review drawings and coordinate necessary revisions during the project.





Assist in material selection, design development, and project execution.

Maintain proper documentation and follow project timelines.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination is preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software.

Good knowledge of architectural drawings, planning, and construction practices.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative approach with good attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
