Position: CAD Manager – Architectural Department

Qualification: Civil Draughtsman – Architectural Department

Location: 203/204, Prabhadevi Industrial Estate, Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai – 400 025

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Sandeep Shikre & Associates (SSA) professionally and adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with SSA’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards, CAD standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare design development drawings and construction documents as per SSA CAD standards.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentation drawings, and graphic visualization materials as directed by the Project Architect, Senior Project Architect, or Project Manager.
- Prepare accurate construction documentation, working drawings, and other project-related drawings.
- Organize drawing layouts and coordinate drafted documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and CAD standards.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of architectural design, interior design, construction methods, and detailing.
- Conduct site visits and fieldwork, including site measurements,



existing facility documentation, inventory, and site investigations.
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently within project timelines and deadlines.
- Utilize architectural resources such as Graphic Standards, Time-Saver Standards, manufacturers’ product data, catalogues, and other technical references.
- Maintain basic knowledge of applicable local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of other disciplines, including Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), for proper coordination of drawings.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing, implementing, and monitoring project work plans.
- Coordinate with Project Architects, Project Managers, consultants, and other team members for smooth project execution.
- Review and validate the scope of services provided by subconsultants and ensure proper coordination with project requirements.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor interns or junior team members as assigned.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality throughout the drawing and documentation process.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training programs, seminars, site visits, skilled publications, and other learning opportunities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
