Role & responsibilities

- Assist in preparing concept, detailed, working, and GFC drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with building bye-laws and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams for design execution.
- Support MEP, Projects, Purchase, and Sales teams with design requirements.
- Provide site support and resolve design-related queries.
- Maintain design documentation, drawings, and handover records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables as per project schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch. preferred
- 6 years of experience in residential real estate
- Experience in residential projects, working/GFC and sanction drawings
- Knowledge of building bye-laws, approvals, and value engineering
- Familiarity with Kolkata/Eastern India regulations is an added advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
