We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect & 3D Visualizer who can develop architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings, and create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders. The candidate should be able to transform concepts into visually compelling architectural presentations while coordinating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Create accurate 3D models of buildings, interiors, and architectural spaces.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Develop materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and architectural elements.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.
- Revise drawings and 3D models based on client/project requirements.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams.
- Maintain project files, drawings, models, and rendering assets systematically.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and design.
- Valuable understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.




- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, and camera settings.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Software Skills Candidates should have experience with relevant software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Revit – preferred
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Other architectural visualization and BIM software will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in architecture and/or 3D visualization.
- A strong portfolio of architectural projects and 3D renders is preferred.

Experience 2- 5+ years, depending on the level of the position.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a Residential project from architectural concept through 3D visualization and presentation. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
