About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Data Migration Consultant to lead the Finance and Controlling (FICO) data migration workstream for a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role involves end-to-end ownership of financial data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, reconciliation, and successful cutover across multiple countries.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP FICO, deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations, and hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, and Databricks.

Essential Job Functions:

- Migration Strategy & Planning

- Define data migration scope, extraction rules, and validation criteria.

- Develop and execute migration and cutover plans.

- Coordinate mock loads, dress rehearsals, and production cutover activities.

- Align migration strategy with overall program objectives.

- ETL Execution

- Extract data from SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems.

- Lead data cleansing and transformation activities.

- Execute data loads using LTMC, LTMOM, and BODS.

- Collaborate with technical and ABAP teams for custom migration requirements.

- Data Validation & Reconciliation

- Perform pre-load and post-load validation activities.

- Ensure complete reconciliation between legacy and S/4HANA systems.

- Analyze and resolve migration errors and data inconsistencies.

- Support audit and compliance requirements for migrated data.

- Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with finance users, business process owners, and country teams.

- Facilitate UAT sessions and obtain business approvals.

- Experience Range: 10 - 12 Years

- SAP Functional Expertise

- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.

- Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.





- At least 2 dedicated SAP data migration projects.

- Experience working with global finance teams across multiple geographies.
