Role Description The AR Voice Calling – US role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves making and receiving calls to and from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the United States to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues. Daily responsibilities include following up on unpaid claims, clarifying billing and invoicing details, updating account information, and documenting call outcomes in internal systems.

The position also requires reviewing claim status, identifying reasons for non-payment, coordinating with internal teams for resolution, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional and clear communication.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret AR reports, identify trends, and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance and accounts receivable knowledge to understand billing processes, claim lifecycles, and payment activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, to interact with US clients, patients, and payers.
- Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Debt Collection and negotiations to manage overdue accounts professionally and ethically.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Invoicing, claim submission, and payment posting workflows within healthcare or related domains.
- Relevant experience in US healthcare RCM, medical billing, or call center operations is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM or billing software, MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate documentation is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in evening or night shifts aligned with US time zones and maintain high levels of integrity and customer service.
