Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality design solutions while managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

- Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, 3D renderings, and client presentations.

- Manage projects from conceptual design through construction completion.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and provide technical guidance.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained.





- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, quality, and constructability.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

- Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing technical guidance and quality reviews.

- Promote sustainable design principles and innovative architectural solutions.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an advantage).

- 2–15+ years of architectural design and project management experience

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

- Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and local regulations.

- Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.

- Solid understanding of sustainable design practices and project delivery processes.
