To handle outbound & inbound calls to US-based insurance representatives and healthcare providers. The role involves verifying patient details, following up on claims, providing support related to biling/insurance and ensuring compliance with US Healthcare regulations.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claims status
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts
- Verify eligibility &
advantages of patients as per US Healthcare norms
- Work on AR followup, claim correction and documentation
- Co-rdinate with internal teams for claim resolution
- Meet daily/weekly productivity
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree in Any Stream Complete/ Last Semester pursuing candidates can apply.
- Post Graduation Pursuing Candidates can apply
- Only Male candidates can apply, Flexibility to work in night shift
- 1 to 2 years of experience in AR Calling or Follow up with US Healthcare
- Good Communication Skills, Proficiency in English Language.
- Night Conveyance is provided
