About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled Aptitude, Soft Skills, and Technical Trainers to join our training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training programs for college students, graduates, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Aptitude Training

Deliver training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Reasoning.

Cover topics such as Number Systems, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Time & Work, Time-Speed-Distance, Probability, Permutation & Combination, Data Interpretation, and related areas.

Prepare practice questions, assessments, worksheets, and learning materials.

Help learners develop speed, accuracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Soft Skills Training

Conduct interactive sessions on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Teamwork, Leadership, Time Management, and Problem-Solving.

Facilitate group discussions, role plays, activities, mock interviews, and other experiential learning activities.

Train students in qualified etiquette, workplace communication, and career readiness.

Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.

Technical Training

Deliver technical training based on the trainer's area of expertise.





Conduct practical, hands-on sessions through demonstrations, exercises, projects, and case studies.

Create and update technical learning content, PPTs, assignments, and assessments.

Support learners in developing job-relevant technical competencies.

Trainer Expectations

Deliver sessions with clarity, confidence, and strong learner engagement.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to institutional/client requirements.

Prepare training materials and session plans before delivery.

Monitor learner participation and provide appropriate feedback.

Maintain training records, assessments, and required reports.

Be flexible to travel to colleges, universities, corporate offices, and other training locations when required.
