Job Summary The Apprentice Trainee will assist the Human Resources Department in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, data management, and administrative activities. The trainee will gain practical exposure to HR processes and support day-to-day HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Support onboarding activities and document collection.
- Maintain candidate and joining trackers.
HR Operations
- Verify employee documents and ensure completeness of records.
- Update employee information in HRMS and related databases.
- Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR records.
- Support preparation of HR reports and MIS.
Apprentice & Internship Coordination
- Assist in NATS Apprentice and PMIS Intern recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with branches and candidates for document submission.
- Monitor joining status and maintain compliance records.
Employee Engagement & Administration
- Support employee communication initiatives.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training programs, and engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance-related documentation.
- Support preparation of HR letters, reports, and correspondence.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BBM, BCA, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Candidates enrolled under the NATS Apprenticeship Program will be given preference.
