USGI Legal Entity is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our Agency department as an Apprentice. In this entry‑level role you will learn the fundamentals of agency operations while providing vital support in generating client quotes, managing vacancy documentation, and assisting senior staff with day‑to‑day tasks. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience, professional mentorship, and a pathway to a future career in the legal and agency field.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior agency staff in preparing and issuing client quotes.
- Provide administrative support for vacant position tracking and documentation.
- Conduct basic research on agency regulations and market trends.
- Update and maintain internal databases and filing systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Draft simple correspondence and reports under supervision.
- Help coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.




- Learn and apply USGI Legal Entity’s compliance standards.
- Support the preparation of agency presentations and reports.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Recent graduate (any discipline) with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of legal or agency terminology (preferred but not required).
- Detail‑oriented with positive organizational abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection for occasional remote tasks.
- Willingness to work full‑time during the apprenticeship period.
- No prior skilled experience required.
