Role Description The Applied Maths Cum Mathematics Teacher will deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons in Applied Mathematics and core Mathematics for students preparing for board and competitive examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classes, assigning and reviewing practice work, providing doubt-resolution support, and monitoring student progress through tests and assessments.



The teacher will collaborate with the academic team to align lessons with the institute’s structured learning system and maintain disciplined exam-oriented preparation for both online and offline batches.

This is a full time hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with teaching and student interaction at the centre combined with some work-from-home responsibilities such as online classes, test evaluation, and lesson planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mathematics Education and Lesson Planning for board and competitive exam levels.
- Candidates should possess qualifications as a Qualified Teacher and experience in Curriculum Development or structured exam-oriented coaching.
- Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and a student-centric teaching approach.
- Candidates should be comfortable teaching in hybrid modes (online and offline), using digital tools and interactive learning platforms.
- Prior experience with NEET, IIT-JEE, or Class 9–12 board exam coaching will be considered an advantage.
