We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Application Support Trainee to join our team. This is a Work From Home opportunity open only to candidates based in Kerala. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in technical support and application troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and applications.
- Communicate with customers to understand and resolve technical problems.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and application installations.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Support the rollout of new applications and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Manage multiple support cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist in testing and evaluating recent technologies.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support for end-user hardware and software issues.

Requirements

- 0–6 months of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, Application Support, or a similar role.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be based in Kerala.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux/macOS environments.
- Basic knowledge of computer peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Basic understanding of network equipment and antivirus programs.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Compensation & Training

- Training Period: 6 months
- Training Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Post-Training Salary: ₹10,000 per month, based on performance and organizational requirements.
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Eligibility: Candidates residing in Kerala only
