- Knowledge and Proven experience in ticketing tools.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
