Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented experienced to join our team as an Software Engineer. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for applications (Frontend and Backend).

Monitor application performance and system alerts; escalate issues as needed.

Troubleshoot basic functional and technical issues, including user access, data discrepancies, and report errors.

Work with senior support engineers to perform root-cause analysis and apply fixes/patches under guidance.

Handle user queries via ticketing tools ( ServiceNow, Azur, etc.).





Support routine operational tasks like data checks, batch monitoring, and report scheduling.

Collaborate with functional, DBA, and development teams for issue resolution.

Ensure timely communication with users while following SLAs.Hiring strawRequired Skills

Knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering. (BCA,BCS,MCA,MCS,BE-IT, Btech)
