Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Robust knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and its integration with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within PeopleSoft environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and perform root cause analysis to support system stability.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft development tools and customization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
