As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
- Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
- Must to Have Skills (Minimum 2 should have from listed skills) : Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak
- Positive to have Skills (Minimum 2 should have from listed skills) : Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD
- Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 1 should have from listed skills) : Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
- Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation
- Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.
- Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. (Optional)
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
- Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools.

- Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
