The project focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of microservices-based applications through proactive site reliability engineering practices. The goal is to maintain high availability and operational excellence in a production environment.

What candidate is needed:

- Expertise in managing incidents within distributed microservices architectures.

- Proficient in defining, monitoring, and maintaining application Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

- Skilled in providing on-call support to promptly address and resolve production issues.

- Solid communication abilities to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid understanding of production deployment processes, including rollback strategies.

What the candidate will do:





- Monitor application health and performance to uphold defined SLOs.

- Lead incident response efforts, including triaging and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement reliable deployment and rollback procedures.

- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous support coverage.

- Document incident reports and contribute to post-incident reviews.

- Work closely with a team of 3-5 SRE professionals and engage with third-party vendors as needed.

- Continuously improve incident management workflows and tooling to enhance operational efficiency.
