Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager with strong technical application support and AMS experience to manage enterprise and Pharma applications. The role requires ownership of application stability, lifecycle governance, service delivery, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on application-level technical depth, not just generic service delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end enterprise application support and AMS operations, including incidents, problems, changes, releases, and SLA/KPI management.
- Own application lifecycle management covering onboarding, upgrades, releases,



technical debt, modernization, and retirement.
- Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure, security, quality, and vendor teams for application stability and service delivery.
- Ensure awareness and adherence to GxP, validation, data integrity, controlled changes, traceability, and audit requirements.
- Drive RCA, continuous improvement, automation, monitoring enhancements, and operational governance.
- Robust understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud/SaaS, and production support required.
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience and ITIL/GxP certification preferred.
