? We’re Hiring | Application Engineer – Additive Manufacturing

Champ3D is looking for an experienced and technically robust Application Engineer to join our team and drive advanced Design-to-Manufacturing & 3D Printing workflows.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) & 3D model optimization
- Build preparation, slicing, nesting & support generation
- Hands-on expertise in SLA, SLM, SLS, MJF, FDM & DLP technologies
- CAD modeling using SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or PTC Creo
- Mesh repair, file healing & print-readiness optimization
- Reverse engineering & 3D scanning workflows
- Vacuum Casting & secondary manufacturing processes
- Client consultation and technical solution development

? What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a 3D Printing Service Bureau
- Strong practical knowledge of DfAM & Additive Manufacturing
- Experience with Magics,



Meshmixer or nTopology
- Knowledge of Rhino, ZBrush or Blender is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of support strategies, warping & shrinkage
- Practical experience in Vacuum Casting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is an added advantage
