Description

 8+ years of IT experience with min 5 years in Appian

 Build and support applications using Appian

 Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features

 End to end technical design, development, stabilization and enhancement of Appian applications

 Create data model designs, SQL Queries and/or Stored Procedures

 Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates

 Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories

 Build and share reusable components

 Roles and Responsibilities :

 Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements B: Work on enhancement, change request from LOB

 Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task

 Able to work on the task independently

 Adhere / Conduct / Participate in standard agile process





 Willing to provide support after office hours if needed

 Follow release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes

 Required Knowledge:

 Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications

 Very Valuable knowledge in Software Development

 Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA

 Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently

 Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects

 Flexible to handle adhoc requests / agile projects

Appian L2 Certification ( Appian Senior developer ) is mandatory
