Description

The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality backend/API solutions through robust testing practices, automation, and leadership. The individual will drive quality initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain API test scenarios to ensure service reliability and performance

Build and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks using industry best practices

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams

Analyze test failures, debug issues, and ensure timely defect resolution

Lead QA efforts by taking ownership of quality outcomes across projects

Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering skill development and best practices

Drive continuous improvements in testing strategies, frameworks, and processes

Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.
