Key Responsibilities

Design and develop API 6D Ball & Plug Valves

- Design API 609 Butterfly Valves
- Perform Pressure, Stress, Sealing & Torque Calculations
- Prepare and review GA Drawings, Detailed Part Drawings & BOMs
- Ensure compliance with API 6D, API 609, ASME & ISO standards
- Support NPD, Customization, Special Valve Design & Value Engineering
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement & Testing teams
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly and testing
- Review customer specifications and resolve technical issues
- Ensure project timelines and quality requirements are met

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in API 6D Valve Design

- Experience in Ball Valve / Plug Valve Design
- Robust knowledge of Engineering Calculations & Design Validation
- Experience in Pressure, Stress,



Sealing & Torque Calculations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks
- Experience in GA & Detailed Drawing Preparation
- Good knowledge of BOM and Valve Components
- Understanding of Materials & Manufacturing Processes
- Knowledge of International Valve Standards & Codes

Preferred Skills

API 609 / Butterfly Valve Design

- Oil & Gas industry experience
- Customized / Special Valve Design
- Customer Specification handling
- Value Engineering / Cost Optimization
- Knowledge of ASME / ISO standards
