About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ansible Automation expert to join our TD team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure automation using Ansible and a strong desire to mentor and teach aspiring DevOps professionals.

Essential Job Functions:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on Ansible and infrastructure automation.

- Conduct regular Q&A; sessions to clarify student doubts and reinforce learning.

- Make sessions interactive through live demonstrations, quizzes, and group activities.

- Create and maintain high-quality training content, including PowerPoint presentations, assignments, and project briefs.

- Guide students through hands-on labs and real-world automation projects.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into sessions.

- Collaborate with industry partners to improve course delivery.

- Openness to pick up new tech skills in adjacent areas and adapt to the TD function needs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in infrastructure automation using Ansible.

- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Passion for teaching and helping others grow.

- Experience with agile development and software engineering practices.

Technical Skills Required

- Ansible Core and Ansible Tower/AWX

- YAML scripting and playbook development

- Roles, tasks, handlers, variables, and templates in Ansible

- Inventory management (static and dynamic)

- Jinja2 templating

- Ansible Galaxy and custom role creation





- Integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Automation of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Linux system administration and shell scripting

- Version control systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab

- Security automation and compliance using Ansible

- Troubleshooting and debugging playbooks

- Best practices in infrastructure as code (IaC)

Preferred Certifications

- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation

- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (for IaC context)
