? We're currently hiring for:

1️⃣ Hand-Drawn Stickman Animator ✏️

We're looking for someone with strong hand-drawn animation skills and a good understanding of:

- Timing & spacing
- Movement & body mechanics
- Character acting & expressions
- Visual storytelling
- Hand-drawn frame-by-frame animation
- Following references, scripts and storyboards
- Taking feedback and making revisions

Experience with tools such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Clip Studio Paint, ibisPaint, Infinite Painter, HiPaint, Autodesk, or similar workflows is welcome.

Your animation quality matters more than the software you use.

2️⃣ 2D Animator + Video Editor ?

We're looking for someone who can handle both 2D animation and video editing.

We're looking for skills in:

- 2D animation
- Character animation
- Timing & movement
- Visual storytelling
- Scene & asset handling
- Video editing
- Pacing & transitions
- Music & SFX integration
- Basic compositing/post-production
- Handling revisions
- Meeting deadlines

Experience with Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is preferred.

? Working Model





Remote → Probationary → Full-Time Office The initial few months will be remote and probationary.

During this period, we'll evaluate your:

- Quality of work
- Consistency
- Communication
- Reliability
- Commitment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Deadline management

If you're a good fit and demonstrate genuine commitment to the role, you'll transition to full time office work.

? Office: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

? Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month after probation

Based on skills, experience, role and performance.

During the probationary period, compensation will generally be around 50–60% of the applicable full-time compensation.
