We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who can work closely with our sales team to convert qualified opportunities into customers and grow into a robust B2B SaaS sales professional.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who already has experience in sales and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will work with qualified leads generated by our SDR and Marketing teams, conduct discovery calls,



understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, handle objections, and help close deals.

You'll work closely with senior sales team members and founders while gradually taking greater ownership of your own sales pipeline and revenue targets.

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable speaking with customers, highly proactive, and willing to take ownership.

What You Will Own
- Follow up with qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects.
- Understand customer business challenges, requirements, and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Explain StepsAI's value proposition in a simple, business-focused way.
- Build relationships with prospects and decision-makers.
- Handle objections and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cyc
