Sonchiraiya News is looking for a confident, creative, and responsible Anchor cum Producer to join our digital news team. The selected candidate will be responsible for presenting news professionally as well as supporting the production of engaging content for our digital platforms.

Our news content is published across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X, so we are looking for someone who understands digital news, current affairs, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and anchor news stories, bulletins, interviews, and special programs.
- Research and understand current news, events, and trending topics.
- Write, edit, and prepare news scripts for digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the editorial and production team for daily content.
- Conduct interviews and interact confidently with guests and newsmakers.
- Participate in video shoots, live coverage, and special news programs.
- Ensure accurate, clear, and engaging delivery of news.
- Assist in planning and producing video content for YouTube and social media.
- Create content suitable for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with breaking news, local developments, national affairs, and trending stories.




- Maintain professional presentation, communication, and on-camera presence.

Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication and presentation skills.
- Strong on-camera confidence and a qualified personality.
- Good knowledge of current affairs, news, and social media trends.
- Robust writing and communication skills.
- Ability to research, write, and present news independently.
- Basic understanding of video production and digital media will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
- Prior experience as an Anchor, Reporter, Producer, or in Digital Media/News will be preferred.
