Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Android Developer role based in Hyderabad.

The Android

Developer will design, build, and maintain advanced mobile applications that deliver real-time intelligence to gig workers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing app performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience across different Android devices. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

The Android

Developer will also participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and building production-grade Mobile Applications.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Android Development and Software Development, including Kotlin or Java.




- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Android Design principles, UI/UX patterns, and responsive layouts.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with modern Android frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., Jetpack, Retrofit, Gradle).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling offline data, and working with real-time or data-intensive applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform debugging, and follow version control best practices (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Previous experience in consumer-facing apps or products focused on logistics, mobility, or the gig economy is an advantage.
