About The Client

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead analytics for bancassurance partners to drive life insurance sales across bank branches ·

- Drive cross-sell strategies using customer insights and behavioral analytics ·

- Build customer segmentation and profiling to identify high-potential customers ·

- Develop predictive / propensity models for product targeting and conversion improvement ·

- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for RMs and sales teams ·

- Track branch-level and partner-level performance and identify growth opportunities ·

- Deliver end-to-end analytics (data extraction, structuring, modeling, visualization) · Collaborate with distribution, product, and sales leadership to influence business outcomes ·

- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance tracking

- Interfaces – Internal ·

- Sales & Distribution Teams · Product & Marketing Teams ·

- Data Engineering / IT Teams · Analytics & Leadership Teams

- Interfaces - External Partner Bank Stakeholders (Business Heads, RMs, Analytics teams)

Skills & Competencies

- Improvement in cross-sell ratios and insurance penetration · Increase in branch productivity and conversions ·

- Adoption of analytics-driven recommendations ·

- Business impact from predictive models ·

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python/R

- Qualification Requirement Graduation





- Relevant Work-experience 14-18 years in BFSI analytics Experience in life insurance / bancassurance preferred Proven track record of driving business outcomes through analytics

- Language Proficiency English
