SharePoint Online Operational Support

- Provide Technical/Functional operational support for SharePoint Online environments, including:
- Site collections, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions
- External and internal sharing controls aligned to Skanska security policies

- Support project‑based SharePoint sites used for construction, engineering, procurement, and document management on demand basis.

- Manage site lifecycle activities

- Provisioning, modification, archival, and decommissioning

- Troubleshoot issues related to

- Access, performance, synchronization, search, and content integrity

- Support integrations with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for project collaboration
