Responsibilities

- Collect and analyse marketing data, customer data, and market trends to identify insights and patterns.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and business performance.
- Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Create or improve data models using ML techniques such as Regression, Decision Trees, NLP, etc.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and performance to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation exercises based on data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance tracking frameworks.

Requirements
- Self-motivated and eager to learn,



with a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
- BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics with certifications in Data Science.
- 4+ years of industrial experience in analytics, preferably in BFSI Lending/Cards.
- High proficiency in Excel and SQL/Python is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex datasets.
- Exposure to ML algorithms is a plus.
- GenAI-based analytics and model development skillset is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with robust organisational and time management skills.
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
