A Business Intelligence Analyst at Arthur J. Gallagher leverages data to drive informed decisions, optimize client solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. They gather and analyze data, create insightful reports and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize BI tools to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions, supporting strategic business objectives.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Power BI Dashboards and Reports: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Data Modeling and Transformation: Design and implement data models and perform data transformations to ensure data is structured and optimized for reporting.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs, into Power BI.
- Performance Optimization:



Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure quick load times and efficient data processing.
- Ensure that Power BI reports and dashboards are easy to use and understand by incorporating design principles.

About you

Qualifications:

- Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Degree: Any technical graduation
- Good to have: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst/Associate
- Experience: Entry-Level (0 to 2 Year)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong data modeling and transformation skills
- Performance optimization skills for Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Quality Oriented
